Our offices tuned in today to celebrate the 2021 Dayton Go Red for Women Virtual Luncheon. This year’s program celebrated the American Heart Association and their mission to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
Shook Project Manager, Matt Wendel, served as co-chair of the event and recently became a Board Member of the American Heart Association in Dayton.
In addition to being a corporate sponsor of the event, several Shook teammates provided their time and talents last month to construct raised beds for Westwood and Ruskin Elementary School gardening programs in partnership with the American Heart Association. The garden beds will encourage healthy eating habits, nurturing student curiosity and provide outdoor spaces for learning/growing which furthers the mission of promoting healthier lives.
