Design-Build (DB) is the fastest-growing delivery method in the U.S., projected to account for nearly 50% of all construction spending by 2028, according to the Design-Build Institute of America. Working with Shook Construction, owners can consolidate the design and construction phases under a single contract. Our goal with this integrated delivery method is to promote collaboration between the design and construction teams from the start to accelerate the schedule and better control change orders and cost overruns.
