Driving Value
Scheduling
A Reliable Roadmap
at Every Step
A successful project schedule is more than a list of dates — it is a clear plan for protecting your priorities, sequencing work, managing risk, and delivering confidence from the first meeting through final closeout.
Shook Construction’s dedicated scheduling team treats schedules as shared roadmaps that align owners, designers, contractors, teams, and stakeholders around what matters most: safety, cost control, quality, and timely occupancy.
We work with designers and engineers early in the process to develop a schedule, incorporating work plans, permitting, long‑lead materials, and delivery coordination into a realistic and achievable timeline. Additionally, we bring project teams together through pre-installation meetings and other planning sessions to align expectations and prevent issues before work begins in the field.
Our software, including programs that integrate scheduling into digital modeling and project site visualization, tracks critical milestones. Business intelligence tools and customized dashboards provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing teams to proactively manage performance, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track. We plan staffing and resources across our projects to make sure the right teams are in place when they’re needed.
Our goal is simple: Provide transparency, anticipate challenges, proactively solve problems, and keep your project moving forward.

"The Shook team did an excellent job navigating some challenging site conditions, particularly with respect to grading and utilities. They were proactive in addressing these issues and provided timely and transparent updates to the project budgets as conditions evolved. Their ability to manage these challenges without derailing the overall schedule or quality of work was greatly appreciated. What stood out most was how well they managed their subcontractors—keeping them on task, on schedule, and organized throughout the duration of the work. It was truly refreshing to work with a general contractor that held such a high standard for accountability and coordination."
