How We Manage Our Quality Program
Prework
By collaborating early with owners, designers, and trade partners, we protect quality before work ever starts. Our teams review plans with constructability in mind, aligning all partners to identify risks early and set the project up for success.
Modeling Technology
We use BIM and VDC to visualize, coordinate, and validate quality before and during construction. Through cutting-edge technology, we’re reducing rework, improving accuracy, and delivering quality projects.
Projects Audits and Inspections
Through regular inspections and audits, Shook verifies the work is being built right the first time. First‑work inspections, QA/QC audits, and documented remediation help resolve issues quickly and keep quality on track.
Surveying
Shook’s dedicated surveying team uses GPS verification and Robotic Total Stations to make sure the work matches the design from start to finish. By checking and visually confirming the work along the way, we help make sure the project is built right at every stage.
Craftsmanship
Shook’s dedication to craftsmanship shows in every detail of our work. Our experienced carpenters, operators, finishers, and laborers self‑perform key work, allowing us to deliver exceptional results.
Continued Collaboration
Shook’s commitment to quality is strengthened through continued collaboration with project teams, trade partners, and owners throughout the project lifecycle. Using project management software, we streamline quality tracking, share real-time updates with stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues.
