Start Your Prequalification
Shook uses the TradeTapp platform through BuildingConnected to evaluate and prequalify trade partners. Prequalified trade partners are then invited to bid on projects through BuildingConnected.
To begin the prequalification process, identify the individual within your organization who will be responsible for completing the application. Then, submit the contact form with that individual’s information to request an invitation.
Once the invitation is received, the designated contact must create a free BuildingConnected account and complete the TradeTapp prequalification questionnaire.
Please note: The email address submitted through the contact form will receive the invitation and must be the same email address used by the individual who completes and submits the prequalification application. Forwarding an invitation to someone else within the organization does not grant the recipient access to the invitation.
Information Needed for Prequalification
- Work in Progress Report or list of projects (name of project and subcontract amount)
- Most recent W-9
- Most recent fiscal year-end financial statements (CPA reviewed or audited preferred)
- Three years of OSHA 300/300A Reports
- Safety manual
- Experience Modification Letter or Statement
- Current Certificate of Insurance
- Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Certificate, where applicable
- Ohio Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program Certificate, if applicable
- Quality Control Program
- Letter of Bondability
