September 10th was World Suicide Prevention Day, a day to raise awareness about the importance of reducing the stigma and encouraging open conversations to prevent suicides. Shook teammates gathered in each of our regions to watch a documentary, “Suicide - The Ripple Effect," and then completed a one-hour "Walk for Tomorrow" to promote wellness and raise awareness for suicide prevention.
If you are struggling and need support, we encourage you to reach out to the national Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: 988. You are not alone!
