The Renneker Water Treatment Plant in Warren County marks a major milestone with Ohio’s first municipal PFAS removal system now online.
Shook delivered this PFAS (polyfluoroalkyl substances) removal system to the existing nanofiltration facility, allowing the county to eliminate reliance on neighboring communities for water.
Despite a tight schedule and long lead times for key equipment, we kept the project on track and under budget through close coordination with the county and suppliers.
Special thanks go out to our design partner, AECOM, and Warren County Water & Sewer Department officials.
