The Think Dayton Building at the onMain Innovation District is quickly taking shape just south of downtown Dayton.
The elevator shafts and stairwells are in, and steel framing is now underway, highlighting steady progress on the five-story, 120,000-square-foot building.
The Skanska Shook joint venture is serving as construction manager for the project, which will anchor the first phase of onMain and house the district’s Digital Transformation Center.
Next up for the Think Dayton Building: Placing concrete slabs on decks.
This project is a reflection of collaboration at its best. We’re proud to work alongside Skanska, design partner NBBJ, and our dedicated trade partners.
Together, we’re building more than a structure. We’re creating a space designed to foster innovation, connection, and growth in the Dayton community.
