Everree has used her 23-year career in construction to prove time and time again that women can not only work in construction, they can lead in construction.
One of the moments she felt empowered the most was when she was underestimated by the iron workers in the beginning of a project, and then was requested to stay with them until the job was finished due to the complexity and safety work practices she brought to the table.
