Congratulations to West Carrollton City School District and the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission on the groundbreaking of their Phase II Building Project!
This project includes a new 97,000 square-foot elementary school for grades 2-4 as well as a new 192,000 square-foot middle and high school for grades 7-12. Shook is thrilled to continue our relationship with the District as the Construction Manager at Risk on this exciting project.
