The West Carrollton Middle School/High School building project is beginning to look and feel like a 21st-century learning space as our teams and trade partners work on interior finishes and key exterior elements.
A 112-foot-long ship from bow to stern — a nod to the school’s Pirate mascot — is being installed in the courtyard, which will serve as an outdoor classroom. The wood floor is being installed in the varsity gym, and terrazzo flooring will be installed this fall.
Other work underway includes:
✅ Casework & countertops
✅ Installation of flooring in the academic wing
✅ Finishing touches on paving, curbs, and sidewalks
The 192,000-square-foot Middle School/High School is part of a $100 million, transformative investment in education in the West Carrollton City School district. We’re proud to have served as the construction manager for the recently opened West Carrollton Elementary School.
