Check out the progress on the Neuse River Sidestream Treatment Project in Raleigh, NC! This project will remove excess nitrogen and phosphorus from the plant's dewatered filtrate flows allowing treated water to return back to the flow stream where additional treatment can occur. Highlights include:
- 130’ x 60’ concrete tank with aeration, screening, sludge collection, and mixers.
- Filtrate pump station and new service building for pumps, blowers, and electrical gear.
- New clarifier and extensive site improvements.
These upgrades will enhance wastewater treatment and accommodate the growing city of Raleigh!
