Montgomery County SMART Project Hits Halfway Point

Check out the latest update on Montgomery County's Sewer Modernization & Revitalized Treatment (SMART) project!

Shook Construction is placing all concrete and laying pipe and is responsible for the installation and startup of the equipment. There will be approximately 3,700 cubic yards of concrete placed for the project with more than 40,000-square-feet of formed surface area.
