Groundbreaking for Bay Village Facilities Improvement Project

The sun came out just in time for Bay Village School District’s Grand Reveal event, celebrating the groundbreaking of the district‑wide facilities improvement project.

We recently joined school district officials and other dignitaries for the ceremony, which also unveiled the final renderings of improvements planned for four school buildings.

Shook is serving as the construction manager for this multiphase initiative, which will enhance safety and modernize learning environments across two elementary schools, an early childcare center, and the high school.

Work includes:

• Improved entrances
• Interior renovations
• A new childcare center
• A renovated high school media center

Special thanks to the project’s design partner, GPD; Bay Village School District; and the community for their partnership in this exciting project, which will bring 21st‑century learning environments to the city.
