August 22, 2023 Mission
In an effort to honor North Carolina's "Year of the Trail," the City of Wilson community wanted to revamp the education forest so students and families could use the trail to learn and connect with nature. Shook's Mid-Atlantic team built a new 10x12' performance stage for the 1.0-mile-long trail and cleared debris/overgrown vegetation with a mini skid steer, which was donated by the great folks at Herc Rentals. Props to this crew for taking the initiative to improve their community!
