Progress continues on the Cuyahoga County Public Library's Parma Heights Branch.
The new, 22,000-square-foot facility will replace the outdated library and feature four private study rooms, multiple meeting and innovation rooms, and classrooms for the Inspire Space. By providing modern resources and innovative spaces, this new library will foster learning for residents of all ages and allow curiosity to ignite.
Recent progress includes the installation of:
✅ Ductwork, mechanical piping, electrical conduits, & waterlines
✅ Exterior brick and metal panels
✅ Roofwork and insulation
Shook is proud to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk on this transformational project, delivering a space that will benefit the community for years to come.
