August 21, 2023 Awards
We are thrilled to announce that Shook was awarded a Construction Employers Association (CEA) Building Excellence Award for our work on the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Capital Improvements project! Shook was the Construction Manager at Risk for this new 130,000-square-foot PK-5 elementary and 30,000-square-foot fieldhouse.
We'd like to extend our sincere thanks to CEA for this recognition, Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools and the City of Brecksville for trusting us to shape the education of your students and create a space for the community for years to come, our design and trade partners for their vision and craftsmanship, and our employees for their expertise, innovation and dedication to serving our client at the highest level. Outstanding effort!
"The success of the Elementary School and Fieldhouse project is a direct result of the care and passion that every person carried with them when they stepped foot onto the job site. Starting with the owner, design, and construction management teams' attention to detail and continuing to the pride and ownership that each skilled trade incorporated into every aspect of their job, the project was truly a complete team effort." – Eric Gradert, Project Manager
