Project Notes:

The project generally consists of miscellaneous site improvements and concrete repairs, replacement of collector drives on Primary Settling Tank (PST) 2 and Final Settling Tanks (FST) 1, 2 & 3, electrical power & control wiring, and replacement of or repair of equipment at the NEORSD Westerly Wastewater Treatment Center.  Project is tax exempt and Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates apply.

Scope Items Include:

General Conditions, Concrete Cutting & Coring, Hauling, Concrete Repair, Sand & Gravel Supply, Ready Mix Supply, Reinforcing Steel, Miscellaneous Metal Fabrications, Paint & Coatings, Electrical, Cleaning & TV Inspection of Pipelines, Process Piping/Valves/Gates, Instrumentation & Controls and Treatment Plant Equipment.

In addition, due to the project funding requirements, MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE subcontractors must submit BOTH EPA Form 6100-3 AND Data Sheet 1 (or Data Sheet 1a if applicable) with their quote.  Submitting forms without pricing prior to bid day is preferred.    

NOTE:  The NEORSD requires MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE forms ISSUED WITH THE BID BOOKLET FOR THIS PROJECT to be used as part of the bid submittal.  Copies of outdated forms issued as part of a previous projects WILL NOT be accepted. We ask that you fill out and return the form(s) we have included with the bid invitation.
