Project Notes:

This project consists of the replacement of Odor Control Covers at the WRF with FRP grating with rubber matting.  Covers will be replaced at Headworks; the North Primary Diversion Chamber, the North Primary Clarifiers, the South Primary Clarifiers and MH 16.  Also included as part of this project is replacement of deteriorated concrete and addition of 4 new motorized slide gates at the North Primary Diversion Chamber.  Project is tax exempt and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply.

Scope Items Include:

General Conditions, Demolition, Concrete Repairs, Reinforcing Steel, Grouting, Metal Fabrications, FRP Grating, Caulking & Joint Sealants, Paint & Coatings, Signage, Electrical, Process Piping/Valves/Gates, Pipe Supports and Pipe Insulation.

Due to the project funding requirements, MBE/WBE/DBE subcontractors must submit a completed EPA Form 6100-3 with their quote (submitting forms without pricing prior to bid day is preferred).
