Verizon at Garfield Heights
This $10 million, highly complex project involves the new construction of an 4,060 SF, two-story building addition to an existing telecomm building while protecting the facility's live dial tone for the duration of the project. The first floor of the addition houses new DC and AC power rooms while the second floor of the addition houses a new mechanical room with HVAC units. The existing equipment rooms will then be converted to expanded switch space.
