Shook-RJE Mentor-Protege JV is Established

Shook Construction and Raymond Jackson Enterprises are proud to announce the approval of their 8a Mentor Protégé Joint Venture Agreement by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA’s 8a Mentor Protégé Program is designed to pair disadvantaged 8a firms with large businesses, well established in their respective field, in order to augment and grow the capacity of the protégé firm. RJE is an Ohio based MBE/SBE/8a/Hub Zone/EDGE/Veteran Owned contractor with more than 20 years in the industry. Shook Construction brings its 80+ years of experience in construction to the partnership. The relationship will enable RJ Enterprises to expand their services as a General Contractor and Construction Manager, growing as a company while supported by the resources and past experience that Shook brings to the team. Shook-RJE has significant experience working in healthcare, telecommunications and data centers, water resource plants and industrial facilities. The team is bound by no geography and will travel for our clients.
