Olentangy Road Water Treatment Plant

Shook was the General Contractor on this new $32 million project for Del-Co water company. The project included 130,000 yards of dirtwork removal which Shook self-performed. This large-scale project spanned a 15-acre site and included several complex components including: 11 structures, 16,000 yards of concrete, 5 miles of interior piping, and 3 miles of exterior piping. Outstanding subcontractor coordination proved to be a key to the success of this massive project.
