Miami Valley Hospital SE Addition


The Joint Venture team of Skanska Shook served as Construction Manager of the new $135 million patient tower for Premier Health Partner's Miami Valley Hospital. The 180-bed hospital covers 12 floors, totalling approximately 480,000 SF. In addition to the patient rooms, the building houses three operating rooms and five cath labs. A 40-car parking garage also was incorporated into the building's base.

The team's contract also included performing extensive preconstruction services as well as enabling projects to prepare the site for construction.
