Morgan Pretreatment and Residuals Project

Shook Construction was recently awarded a $42MM contract to perform upgrades to the Garrett A. Morgan Water Works Plant in Cleveland, Ohio. The massive scope of work on the 10 acre site will effectively bring the plant's Pre-Treatment and Residuals processes up-to-date. This will be accompanied by extensive instrumentation, electrical and HVAC upgrades throughout the associated buildings on-site. Shook is consistently ranked as one of the top 20 water resource construction companies in the nation as reported by Engineering News and Record Magazine. We are currently targeting projects throughout both the Mid-West and the East Coast regions and are eager to expand upon our current success.
