Shook Construction was founded and named after Charles H. Shook and incorporated in Dayton, Ohio on December 11, 1926. We are a privately held corporation headquartered in Dayton, with offices in Cleveland, Indianapolis and Columbus. We are rated in ENR (Engineering-News Record) as one of the 'Top 400 contractors', with projects completed in commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, religious, correctional and water/wastewater treatment facilities, for public and private clients.
