Grissom Services Complex
at Grissom Air Reserve Base in Peru, IN

This 65,000 SF military lodging facility project was built on the grounds of Grissom Air Force Base. The scope included a massive lobby area, 150 identical guest rooms and all associated site work. The structure also tied-in to two existing buildings onsite.

Administered through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, this $10.6 million project was completed in 2005.
