Good Samaritan Hospital

The original Good Samaritan Hospital was constructed by Shook over 50 years ago. Over the years we have worked on many addition and alteration projects, including a new patient tower (Seton Tower) and parking garage.

Most recently we have completed additions and renovations that enhance several areas of the facility such as the new Samaritan Pavilion, which include the new addition of 126,000 SF to the Emergency Trauma Center (ETC). The work on the ETC increased the number of trauma rooms from 39 to 52 and included three new trauma bays, four new resuscitation rooms, a new helipad, complete reconstruction of the ICU, an elevator, and a 20% increase in surgical capacity.
