Criminal Justice Lab Renovation

The Shook team was awarded this project at the Greene County Career Center in Xenia, Ohio!

This $750,000, fast-track project involves the renovation of two labs (HVAC lab and a Machining/CNC lab) into one 9,000 SF criminal justice lab. Special features includean exercise room where students will learn how to react to various situations in the field, as well as how to use equipment such as tasers, apprehension techniques, etc. In addition, the new space will include locker rooms, classroom space and office space.

Design is already underway with construction to be completed before the next school year begins on September 19, 2011.

With over 18 years of experience, Suzanne Whisman is the project manager. She is supported by John Gudorf, project superintendent.
