Five Rivers MetroParks Entertainment Pavilion and Bicycle Hub
The 4,500 SF bicycle hub will include a concessions area, a rental facility, lavatory and shower space, a locker room and a bike storage area. The space will be located in Downtown Dayton on the Northwest corner of Monument Avenue and Riverside Drive/Patterson Boulevard. The project is slated to begin in the Fall of 2008. |
Shook Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Five Rivers Metroparks new Entertainment Pavilion and Bicycle Hub. The 16,000 SF Entertainment Pavilion will include a performance area for summer concerts as well as an ice skating rink during winter months.
