NEORSD Environmental Services Maintenance Center

The Environmental Maintenance Service Center (EMSC) is a new building set on an augercast pile foundation system and attached to the existing facility. Also included in this project was the renovation of a laboratory, infill of a courtyard for a new cafeteria and transformation of the existing EMSC facility into classrooms, offices and other administrative space.
