DPS Beam signing

Beam Signing Takes Place at Dayton Public Schools

The Shook Touchstone team continues their progress on the Dayton Public Schools OSFC project, recently holding a beam signing at EJ Brown Elementary School. The purpose of the beam signing is to commemorate the completion of the structure of the building. The idea is that the beam, containing signatures from students of the school, as well as members of the design and construction team and the school's faculty and school board, will serve as a remembrance of the building's construction to future generations.

Shook Touchstone is performing Construction Management services for the 3-phase, 18 school Dayton Public Schools project. We were awarded the CM contract in October of 2007, with a project completion date of late 2010.
