Community Tissue Services

Shook Construction was recently awarded the construction management contract for the Community Blood Center/Community Tissue Services new 100,000SF processing facility located in Kettering, Ohio. The state-of-the-art production facility will incorporate 18, class-100 clean rooms to provide an assortment of tissue and skin products for the rapidly changing needs of medical professionals and patients. As the owner has never been involved with a project of this size and complexity, they were looking for a trusted advisor to help them navigate through the construction process. Shook’s references from similar projects praised our ability to understand a client’s organization and truly function as an extension of our client’s staff. This proved to be a key component in the selection process. Shook is excited for the opportunity to partner with Community Blood Center/Community Tissue Services in the construction of their new, high-tech tissue generation/processing facility.
