Children's Medical Center South Campus Phase I This is the first phase of a master plan for CMC’s South Campus. Phase One is comprised of two elements. The first is the full site development for a South Dayton Children’s Campus that will provide building pads and utility infrastructure for future buildings. The second element is the first campus building, a 30,000 SF Diagnostics and Testing Facility. The building includes a whimsical facade to take advantage of the exposure to I-75, and provides great curb appeal to children and their families. Design and construction will support a silver LEED certification. |
