Miami Valley RTA American Building

This project involved the restoration and renovation of the historic 14-story American Building in downtown Dayton was into a passenger terminal, retail space, food court, pavilion and office space for use by the Miami Valley RTA. The project included the reuse and restoration of two different façades. These 100-year old façades were preserved from two local historical buildings and used on the American Building addition. This project was a finalist for the Build Ohio Awards.
